Job summary

LTC Therapy Services at RegalCare at Holyoke is offering a dedicated Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) position for a motivated Clinical Fellow to complete ASHA CCC-SLP requirements at our skilled nursing facility.

You will work under structured mentorship, conduct supervised evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide resident/family counseling, documenting progress to meet CFY competencies and ASHA hours.

Qualifications

• CFY eligibility and ASHA hours required.
• Geriatric rehab and dysphagia focus with interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Ongoing training and CEU support with mentorship.
• Feasible path to full‑time SLP roles after CFY.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervised evaluations and diagnoses of speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders, including FEES.
