Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services at Epsom Healthcare Center is seeking a Clinical Fellow CF to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility, offering mentored professional experience as the first step toward independent speech-language pathology provision.

This CFY is for new graduates pursuing ASHA CCC-SLP, with access to FEES and standardized assessments, supervision by a Clinical Speech Director and CFs from nearby facilities, and a supportive team focused on geriatric care.

Qualifications

• New graduates pursuing ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• CFY position for new graduates with mentored experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders under mentor supervision.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans as a CFY SLP with ongoing feedback.
• Set clear goals, educate patients on expectations, and build understanding of therapy.
• Counsel patients and families with precise documentation and mentor review.
• Gain exposure to FEES, standardized assessments, and advanced tools.
