Qualifications

• New graduates pursuing ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Dedicated CFY position with mentored experience to become independent SLP.
• Comprehensive supervision by a Clinical Speech Director and mentors from nearby facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders under mentor supervision.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans as a CFY SLP, with ongoing feedback.
• Set goals, educate patients and families, and maintain thorough documentation with mentor review.
• Gain exposure to FEES and standardized assessments to enhance clinical skills.
