Post Rehabilitation Services at Langdon Place of Keene is offering a full-time Clinical Fellow CF position in our skilled nursing facility. This dedicated CFY role provides mentored professional experience as the first step toward becoming an independent SLP.

You will access FEES and standardized assessments to enhance your clinical skills. We support supervision to meet ASHA requirements, with additional guidance from our Clinical Speech Director and CFs from nearby facilities.

Qualifications

• CFY position for new graduates pursuing ASHA CCC‑SLP certification.
• Direct access to FEES and standardized assessments.
• Structured supervision by a Clinical Speech Director and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders under mentor supervision.
• Create and implement individualized CFY treatment plans with ongoing feedback.
• Set clear goals and educate patients on therapy expectations.
• Counsel patients and families while maintaining accurate documentation with mentor review.
• Gain exposure to FEES and standardized assessments to enhance clinical skills.
