Connect ABA + Therapy in Nutley, NJ, is offering a Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY) under supervision of a licensed SLP. You will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to clients with communication disorders, gaining hands-on experience from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Knowledge of SLP assessment and intervention across the lifespan.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with clients and families.
• Compassion, empathy and professionalism in working with individuals with communication disorders.
• Commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and inclusive environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals, addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatics.
• Document assessment results, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per regulatory standards.

Education
