Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist at Autumn Lake at Patuxent River in Laurel, MD. CFY candidates are welcome to apply and will work with residents on communication, cognition, and swallowing goals that improve daily care.

Salary for SLP is $45–$48/hour and CFY pay is $35/hour, with benefits available. You will join a team that supports CFY candidates and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans suited to their needs.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing concerns.
• Coordinate recommendations with nursing, families, and the rehab team.
• Track outcomes and keep documentation clear and current.
