Penny Lane Centers in Lancaster, CA is seeking an Administrative Coordinator who will provide administrative support to the Regional Director, Clinical Supervisor, and CFRC team. This role involves organizing tasks, responding to needs, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The position includes contract monitoring, data collection and reporting, and helping plan community engagement events with agency partners.
Under the direction of the Community and Family Resource Center (CFRC) Regional Director, the Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Regional Director, Clinical Supervisor, and CFRC team by organizing and responding to the administrative needs of the team, taking initiative to seek solutions to everyday problems, cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with contract monitoring, data collection, and reporting. In addition, the Administrator Coordinator works closely with the Regional Director and Clinical Manager to brainstorm, plan, coordinate, and execute events for engagement with the local community and agency partners.
The Administrative Coordinator follows all Penny Lane Centers policies and procedures regarding the Heart Centered Culture, cultural sensitivity, and cultural awareness. The Administrative Coordinator supports the agency mission and vision in their interaction with children, youth, families, and partner agencies.
Position Location: Lancaster, CA
$21.50 - $27.90 per hour
Additional $2.00 per hour bilingual Spanish differential.
