Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required. GPA 3.2+ preferred.
• Completion of CFP Board registered undergrad/graduate program or a commitment to pursue the designation is preferred.
• Successful completion of Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam prior to start date, required.
• Learning agility to pass Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) within Vanguard FINRA Licensing Policy.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure in a client-facing service role to build skills and knowledge.
• Receive mentorship from Vanguard Advice professionals and senior management.
• Dedicate advisor development time focused on the personal financial planning process.
• Launch into a Mass Affluent Financial Advisor role after 18–24 months with a collaborative team.
• Support clients with tailored financial advice and portfolio guidance.
