Equitable Advisors seeks driven financial professionals to build client relationships, develop personalized financial strategies, and advise on products and services. In-office presence is required, with a clear path through FINRA licensing, PEP training, and mentorship.

The program includes Virtual University, leadership development, and support for CFP, ChFC, and other credentials, with a stable biweekly pay during the initial phase and potential commissions and bonuses as you grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Values-driven with a track record of success and achievement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management.
• Develop personalized financial strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerance.
