Job summary

Concordia University, St. Paul is seeking an organized staffing coordinator to support the contracting of part-time Contracted Faculty of Practice (CFP) and onboarding into the HRIS system.

The role partners with academic units, HR, and the Registrar to ensure timely staffing across programs and accurate workload tracking. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with staffing and scheduling of faculty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate part-time Contracted Faculty of Practice contracts and onboarding.
• Post opportunities, pre-screen applicants, and liaise with Hiring Manager for staffing.
• Maintain HRIS data entry and collaboration with Registrar for course scheduling.
• Support administrative processes to improve staffing efficiency and data reporting.
