Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Financial Planner to support the City of Philadelphia Deferred Compensation Plan. The role requires CFP and FINRA licenses (6/63/65 or 7/66) and will operate from Nationwide’s downtown Philadelphia office on JFK Boulevard 3–4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance.
• FINRA 6 license and CFP designation required.
• Two years of financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Advises customers and sales reps on retirement income plan development.
• Prepares comprehensive financial plans and needs-based assessments using approved planning software.
• Prepares alternatives and recommendations for client presentation/delivery.
• Partners with Sales to drive status and outcomes of open proposals.
• Develops and conducts producer training in the corporate office and in the field.
• Meets regulatory requirements and supports compliance policies.
