Equitable Advisors is seeking a Retirement Planning Associate within the Retirement Benefits Group in the Philadelphia area. You will engage clients, educate them on financial products, and support implementation of tailored retirement solutions while balancing multiple commitments.

The role offers FINRA sponsorship, a 120-day training period, access to a Virtual University, mentorship, and pathways toward CFP/ChFC designations. A proactive, client-centered mindset is essential.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
• Personal attributes: values-driven with a track record of success.
• Communication: excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
• Mindset: entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives.
