CAPS & Maple City seeks a Chief Financial Officer to serve as senior financial strategist on the Leadership Council. The CFO leads long-range planning, forecasting, and capital strategy while ensuring strong accounting practices, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

This role partners with the CEO and Board to translate financial data into strategic decisions and drive organizational growth. Reporting through the VP of Finance and Controller, the CFO will oversee budgeting, risk

Qualifications

• Requires MBA or CPA certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and annual budgeting process.
• Ensure internal controls, regulatory compliance and external audits.
• Partner with CEO, Leadership Council and Board for strategic decisions.
• Manage cash flow, reserves, investments, debt and capital planning.
• Provide executive leadership to finance team and supervise VP of Finance and Controller.
