You will shape the practice, drive business development, and contribute to the US operation's expansion with room to ascend into leadership.

Qualifications

• Track record recruiting senior finance leaders, especially CFOs.
• Experience in boutique recruitment environments is helpful.
• Comfortable owning end-to-end CFO searches and leadership conversations.
