Job summary

TALTRAN Global is seeking its first Chief Financial Officer to own the finance and accounting function across multiple locations in the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West. You will partner with the CEO and private equity sponsor to implement reporting, forecasting and discipline that underpins growth and a potential exit.

This builder role requires hands-on leadership, a track record of multi-entity management, and a strong background in FP&A, board and investor reporting, and M&A integration.

Qualifications

• Deep FP&A fluency including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Experience preparing board materials, lender reporting and investor-grade analysis.
• 10+ years of leadership in multi-entity, multi-location environments, ideally PE-backed.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the finance and accounting function, including reporting and operational decision support.
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure and one source of truth for financial performance across locations.
• Lead FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, KPI dashboards and long-range planning.
