Built through a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic growth, the company has established a strong reputation for partnering with founder-led businesses and creating scalable operational infrastructure. The business is entering its next phase of expansion and is seeking a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to help drive continued growth, value creation, and strategic execution.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the business.

This position extends beyond traditional financial leadership. The CFO will partner closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, acquisition activity, integration efforts, financial planning, capital structure management, and long-term value creation initiatives.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide strategy while helping build the financial infrastructure required to support significant future growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute the company's growth strategy.
  • Provide financial insight and decision support across all areas of the organization.
  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
  • Support enterprise-wide value creation initiatives and performance improvement efforts.
  • Deliver actionable financial and operational insights to support executive decision-making.
M&A and Integration
  • Lead financial diligence activities related to acquisitions.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses.
  • Develop scalable integration frameworks, reporting structures, and performance tracking processes.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive synergy realization and performance improvements.
  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities and support investment decision-making.
Capital Markets & Transaction Readiness
  • Support strategic financing and transaction-related initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with lenders, investors, private equity stakeholders, and external advisors.
  • Maintain oversight of capital structure, debt facilities, and financing activities.
  • Assist in preparing the business for future strategic transactions and ownership events.
FP&A and Financial Infrastructure
  • Continue developing and enhancing the FP&A function.
  • Improve reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI visibility across the organization.
  • Build scalable financial systems and processes capable of supporting continued expansion.
  • Drive greater financial transparency and operational accountability throughout the business.
Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner effectively with business leaders across operations, sales, integration, and support functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive team, and investors.
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will likely bring:

  • CFO, Divisional CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, or equivalent senior finance leadership experience.
  • Experience operating within multi-site, acquisitive organizations.
  • Strong M&A, integration, and transaction experience.
  • Deep understanding of capital structures, debt financing, and private equity environments.
