Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is partnering with a growing healthcare organization in Mishawaka, IN to recruit a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This executive will oversee all financial operations and work closely with senior leadership to drive growth, operational excellence and long-term financial success.

The CFO will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, manage banking relationships, and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Prior experience in a CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or similar senior leadership role.
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience within a healthcare or highly regulated environment preferred.
• Proven ability to influence business strategy through financial leadership and analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
