Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance and accounting functions.
• GAAP expertise and financial modeling experience.
• ERP systems experience in engineering or project-based business.

Responsibilities

• Lead all finance and accounting functions for the organization.
• Own the monthly close to GAAP, project-based revenue recognition, and working capital tracking.
• Oversee project accounting, backlog, job costing, and profitability.
• Drive FP&A, budgeting, and P&L forecasts for growth.
• Support M&A diligence and post-close integration.
