The role partners with the CEO and Board to scale financial operations toward commercial growth, manage capital strategy, and oversee governance across a high-growth biotech environment.

The CFO will drive financing, oversee budgeting and audits, and coordinate strategic transactions with business development to maximize value for investors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Finance leader with life sciences experience across private/public markets.
• Proven track record in capital formation, fundraising, and investor relations.
• Experience leading M&A, licensing, IPOs, and strategic exits.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial, accounting, treasury, and investor-relations activities with discipline.
• Develop financing strategy and drive capital formation with the CEO.
• Oversee planning, reporting, tax, and internal controls to meet regulatory needs.
• Build scalable operations for R&D, clinical development, and future commercialization.
• Manage budgets, audits, equity administration, and risk management.
• Coordinate with CEO, Board, and executives on strategy and execution.
