Job summary

Vision Search Partners LLC seeks a Chief Financial Officer for a PE-backed pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing platform with operations in New Jersey, the Chicago area and Canada. The CFO partners with the CEO, GMs and operating teams to drive profitability, cash generation and enterprise value.

The role oversees finance across three manufacturing operations, leading budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and Board reporting, while managing relationships with lenders,

Qualifications

• Finance leader with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or contract development and manufacturing.
• Proven ability to improve profitability, liquidity and value creation.
• Prior private equity exposure is attractive but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO, GMs and operating teams to drive profitability and productivity.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, budgeting and monthly and board reporting.
• Oversee debt covenant compliance, audits, taxes and banking relationships.
• Maintain strong relationships with private equity sponsor and lenders.
• Support long-term strategic planning and growth investments.
