Atlantic Group, a Boston-based private equity backed organization, seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations, oversee integrations of acquisitions, and implement scalable ERP platforms. The role focuses on standardizing reporting, controls, and policies across multiple entities, while driving performance improvement and capital allocation decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial integration of newly acquired and existing operating businesses into the holding company structure.
• Standardize financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policies across entities.
• Partner with the CEO and operating company leaders to drive performance improvement and cost optimization.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to support business strategy, pricing, and capital allocation decisions.
• Oversee selection, implementation, and optimization of a modern ERP platform (upgrade or new system).
• Develop and implement scalable financial processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
