Search Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a Manassas, VA based construction company. The CFO will report to the CEO and oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, job costing, risk management, banking relationships, and financial systems.

Ideal candidate has 12+ years of progressive leadership in finance, including 4+ years as CFO or top financial executive in construction or related infrastructure, with in-office work 4 days/week. Compensation targets $250K base with a 20% bonus.

Overview

Our client, a Manassas, VA based mid-size (and growing) privately held construction company is looking to hire a CFO. Reporting to the CEO/owner, the CFO will lead financial functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, job costing, risk management, banking relationships and financial systems.

Ideal candidate will have 12+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least four years as a CFO, VP of Finance or top finance executive in a construction, field services or related infrastructure business, ideally within a growth-stage or privately held company.

4 days/week in-office. Compensation is targeted at $250K base + 20% bonus.
