Job summary

Tiryaki USA LLC (Tiryaki Energy) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to build the financial architecture, lead treasury, reporting, and controls, and drive capital strategies for mining, energy, and infrastructure projects focused on Venezuela and other international markets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep experience in capital-intensive industries, and the ability to partner with the CEO, Board, lenders, and investors to execute complex financings and governance across global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced qualification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in CFO/Deputy CFO/Finance Director or equivalent.
• Experience in mining, energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive sectors.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO/Board to develop and execute corporate strategy.
• Lead the finance function from the ground up, including controls and governance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, reporting, treasury, and taxation.
• Manage banking relationships, project finance, and capital raising.
• Ensure timely, accurate regulatory filings and risk management.
• Structure and negotiate financing with banks, investors, and partners.
• Guide international operations and cross-border financing activities.
• Monitor country risk and compliance with OFAC, AML/KYC, and related rules.
