Driven-Services, LLC in Lipan, Texas is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the Finance function, oversee accounting operations, and drive financial strategy to support growth in the industrial and energy services sector.

You will manage A/P, A/R, treasury, reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems; mentor a finance team; partner with the CEO and operations to evaluate new ventures; maintain banking and tax relationships; ensure tax filings and risk management; and clearly communicate results

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive financial leadership in industrial or energy services.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and ERP experience.
Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the Finance function, including A/P, A/R, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
Drive financial strategy and manage working capital, debt/equity options as needed.
Create and maintain financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, budgets, cash flow) and IT/data management experience.
Partner with CEO, COO, and Sales to evaluate new business opportunities with financial data.
Maintain relationships with banking, tax, and financial vendors to optimize financial health.
Ensure tax filings and insurance documentation, and assist with MSAs, claims, and credit applications.
Clearly communicate financial data and results to leadership and stakeholders.
