The role offers a hybrid work model in the United States, with a compensation package including a base of up to $275,000 and total compensation up to $600,000 OTE,

• Proven experience in executive search focused on CFO mandates.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches with attention to detail and pace.
• Private equity-backed client exposure strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead executor role supporting two senior producers across sourcing, candidate management, and process execution.
• Focus on CFO and office-of-the-CFO mandates across private equity-backed and corporate clients.
• Provide genuine client exposure—participate in meetings, share market intelligence, and build relationships with boards and CFOs.
• Access immediate deal flow on high-profile retained mandates from day one.
• Grow into broader partner support with potential principal-track responsibilities.
