As our CFO, you’ll own key parts of the path to commercialization. You’ll raise capital and architect the manufacturing plan that brings Air Flour to life at scale. What you will be doing

• Build the roadmap: Develop a clear, fundable, and executable plan from pilot to commercial manufacturing.
• Fund the mission: Lead fundraising across private capital and non-dilutive sources to scale production and market entry.
• Secure DoD contracts: Build on our foundation with the DoD to win their MPV or other scale-up funding.
• Lead like a founder: Operate with full strategic and operational ownership, backed by a world-class science team.

What you must have

• A serial entrepreneur who’s raised capital and built from zero to one.
• Experience in government contracting, especially with the DoD.
• A strategic thinker and relentless doer—fluent in finance, operations, and impact.
• Motivated by mission, not maintenance.

Compensation: $253,000 - $348,000 a year. This range reflects our expectations for the Bay Area, California, and may be adjusted based on experience, education, skillset, and location.
