Qualifications

• Experience as CFO or senior finance leader in construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction accounting: WIP, retainage, and percentage-of-completion.
• Experience with construction ERP systems (Vista and Procore).
• CPA/CMA or MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for construction projects.
• Oversee project financial performance, cost tracking, margin analysis, and reporting for multiple builds.
• Partner with CEO to develop long-term growth strategies and capital planning.
• Implement financial controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Manage relationships with banks, bonding companies, and auditors.
• Provide actionable insights to project managers and department heads.
