SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a distribution services business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

• Business Model: Distribution
• Functional: Top financial leader of a $150mm-$300mm distribution business or number two financial leader of a $300mm-$1B distribution business
• Orientation: Financial leader with experience across accounting and FP&A.

• Exit Experience: Not Required
