Job summary

Happy Floors, a leading national distributor of premium tile, stone, and hard-surface flooring, seeks a Finance professional to scale growth with the CFO and PE sponsor. The FP&A Manager will be the analytical backbone, partnering across operations and sales to deliver financial intelligence for growth and exit planning.

This high-visibility role covers budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, covenant tracking, and M&A diligence in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CFA, CPA, or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and 18-month rolling forecast.
• Own monthly/quarterly reporting packages for sponsor and board.
• Analyze results vs. budget/forecast and provide variance commentary.
• Develop long-range plan (LRP/5-year model) aligned to investment thesis.
• Build self-service dashboards and tools for operating leaders.
