Job summary

SC&H Group seeks a Senior Manager – CFO Advisory to lead the transformation of back-office finance functions, strengthen risk and compliance, and guide mid-market clients through their digital journeys. You will manage client relationships, oversee high-performing teams, and help expand capabilities nationally.

The role requires 15+ years in accounting/advisory, 10+ years of leadership, and a strong technology orientation with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or QuickBooks Online. Travel occasional.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting, advisory, or professional services; public accounting and CFO experience required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, including mentoring high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA/MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted executive advisor to client CFOs and C-suite leaders.
• Drive strategy execution, KPI setup, and financial reporting oversight for client engagements.
• Lead client delivery across engagements, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Provide technical and advisory leadership across accounting, advisory, and managed services.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.
