Qualifications

• Experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and US GAAP.
• Experience leading close and reporting processes in corporate settings.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute accounting operations engagements for clients.
• Oversee month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Lead process improvement, internal controls, and automation opportunities.
• Support audit readiness and external audits.
• Collaborate with CFOs and finance leadership on complex accounting issues.
• Coach and develop junior professionals; drive project delivery.
