Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive nonprofit finance leadership experience, including CFO-level responsibility.
  • Extensive experience with government grants, contracts, restricted funding, and reimbursement programs.
  • Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and treasury functions.
  • Oversee government grants, contracts, Medicaid/Medicare billing, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and decision support to executive leadership and the Board.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of 10-12 professionals.
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial reporting processes, and organizational compliance.
  • Drive process improvements, system upgrades, and finance modernization initiatives.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Salary: $235,000-$250,000 base salary + potential bonus + comprehensive benefits
