Job summary

CFS in Mishawaka, IN seeks an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer to lead finance during a transitional period. You will oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls while partnering with the executive team on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• Experience as CFO, Controller, or senior finance executive.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls.
• Experience leading accounting teams through organizational change.
• ERP implementation or optimization experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
