Job summary

Turbineenginesolutions is seeking an organized Engine Shop Coordinator to oversee daily maintenance activities for CFM56-3, -5, and -7 engines at our Miami facility.

The role requires hands-on jet engine maintenance experience, familiarity with aviation regulations, and proficiency with maintenance software and MS Office. A FAA A&P license is a major plus. Full-time, on-site with a 4-day work week.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in jet engine maintenance, specifically CFM56-3, -5 and/or -7 series.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 145 regulations and industry standards.
• Proficient with aviation maintenance software and MS Office.
• FAA A&P license is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shop activities for CFM56-3, -5, and -7 engines.
• Monitor workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with QA and production to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track parts and material delivery for engine variants.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting on progress.
