Job summary

Center for Faith and Life CFL Technician is a full-time role providing technical support to Center events, collaborating with the Head CFL Technician, and delivering high-quality customer service for all activities. The position involves coordinating sound, lighting and multimedia needs, arranging setup and load-out, and ensuring safe, reliable operations during performances and gatherings.

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree is preferred, with at least two years’ experience in audio systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience with audio systems and/or theatrical lighting.
• Familiarity with Yamaha DM7 soundboard and Dante networking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services for CFL Main Hall and Recital Hall events, handling sound, lighting, and A/V needs.
• Coordinate space, availability, and planning with the Head CFL Technician.
• Maintain high standards of technical support for CFL events and users.
• Support Programming & Outreach and assist with Center operations as needed.
• Direct as needed with building management and guest setups.
