Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a CFIUS Case Manager to provide onsite support at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. The role includes reviewing CFIUS filings, conducting due diligence, and producing risk-based assessments for senior DoW leaders.

Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, and 5+ years of national security experience. Onsite work is required to support DoW programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with a focus area in National Security, Economics, Business, or International Relations.
• 5+ years of experience supporting national security issues.
• Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate effectively (oral and written) to senior DoW leaders.
• Able to work onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Review CFIUS filings including mergers, stock purchase agreements, and ownership structures.
• Conduct due diligence and fact-finding with DoW stakeholders to assess risk.
• Produce case summaries, talking points, and memos for senior DoW leaders up to the Deputy Secretary of War.
• Advise the CFIUS Mitigation Team with risk-based recommendations.
