Job summary

Amentum is seeking a seasoned analyst to assess national security risks from transactions before CFIUS and Team Telecom, focusing on critical infrastructure and ICTS under EO 13873. You will work with DHS leadership and interagency partners to guide cases through the full interagency process from filing to disposition.

The role requires strong writing for executive audiences, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8 years minimum with BA/BS or 5 years minimum with higher degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Active Top Secret US Government Clearance with DHS suitability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze national security risks posed by transactions before CFIUS and Team Telecom, and ICTS under EO 13873.
• Guide cases through the interagency process from filing to disposition.
• Provide frequent status updates and coordinate with DHS leadership and interagency partners.
• Produce formal case decision documentation for DHS officials, up to the Secretary of Homeland Security.
