Alloy Enterprises is seeking a Thermal-Fluids Simulation Engineer to predict performance of our thermal management components. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Thermal Design Engineers to optimize designs for challenging customer requirements.

The role requires 2+ years of industry experience, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, and experience with Siemens SimCenter. Expect on-site work 4 days per week with a salary range of $85,000–$105,000 annually.

Formación

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other relevant field
• 2+ years industry experience
• Experience with Siemens SimCenter (required)
• Thermal-fluid simulation and analysis experience
• Familiarity with engineering design processes
• Ability to deliver results quickly for customer-facing projects

Responsabilidades

• Responsibilities are subject to change based on shifting business needs
• Do hand calculations, select appropriate correlation coefficients, and build simple scaling models
• Perform coupled thermo-fluid simulations using CFD software to predict pressure drop and thermal performance
• Provide guidance and input on customer development projects
• Develop and improve best practices around simulation
