Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2 years of experience in CFD and thermal analysis.
• Experience with CFD preprocessing to mesh CAD geometry (ANSA or T-Grid).
• Experience with CFD solvers (Fluent, OpenFOAM, Star CCM+) and post-processing for data-driven conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D CFD and thermal analyses of AHSS vehicle components during product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate results to Design Studio and Vehicle Architecture.
• Support updates to requirements, specs and core quality documents based on modeling lessons learned.
