Strides Therapy & Educational Services seeks a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team in Frederick, MD. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders within the public school setting.

Full-time position of CF or licensed SLP to support an elementary school with a caseload of 35–40 students; collaboration with teachers, families, and other professionals to meet IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Valid limited state licensure in Maryland or ability to obtain licensure.
• Educator Certificate (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
