Job summary

Strides Therapy & Educational Services in Glen Burnie, MD, invites a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, helping students meet IEP goals within a collaborative setting.

You will work with educators, families, and interdisciplinary staff to implement evidence-based interventions and document progress throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Valid Limited State Licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Educator Certificate (if applicable).
• Experience working with school-age children preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training.
