Job summary

CareFinders Total Care in New Jersey is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for in-home pediatric care in school-based settings.

You will work one-on-one with children with autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs, providing skilled nursing care, comfort, and support to families.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (state-specific).
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required.
• New graduates welcome.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfortable providing care for children with developmental and complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting.
• Monitor child health, safety, and overall condition.
• Administer medications and routine treatments.
• Provide seizure awareness and response (training available).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, daily care needs; complete clinical documentation and progress notes.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting patients; operating medical equipment; bending, reaching, positioning; occasional patient transfers or lifting; exposure to healthcare environments.
