Uni-Form Components Corp. is seeking a Certified Welder to join our production team.

The role focuses on high-quality welding in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following approved procedures and customer specifications. Qualified candidates will hold a welding certification or pass our qualification test, have experience with MIG and Flux-Core welding, and be capable of reading blueprints and welding symbols while upholding safety standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a welding certification or able to pass the Company's weld qualification test.
• Experience with MIG and Flux-Core welding preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of measuring tools and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to quality and workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and production welding using approved welding procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Perform grinding, fitting, and finishing as required.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Work closely with supervisors, Quality, and other production departments to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Uni-Form Components Corp. (UCC) is seeking a skilled Certified Welder to join our production team. The Certified Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding in accordance with Company procedures, customer specifications, and applicable welding codes. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform structural and production welding using approved welding procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
