Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists - Hoffman Estates is looking for a Nurse Trainer to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.
As a Nurse Trainer, you will be responsible for the professional development of TPHS veterinary technicians. Your role includes planning, developing, and conducting training activities to help team members acquire new skills, stay updated with technology in veterinary medicine, and address training gaps. You will track training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to inform hospital planning.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience, estimated at $75,000-$85,000/year. The actual offer will consider skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
