Qualifications

• Current CVT/LVT/RVT credential as required by state regulations is preferred.

• Strong anesthesia monitoring and patient care skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and restrain animals safely and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record patient histories, vital signs, and physical data.
• Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery during procedures.
• Collect and process lab samples and maintain records.
• Educate clients on preventive care, medications, nutrition, and treatment plans.
