Job description

$4,000 Sign on bonus, paid at 30 days, 1 year commitment required

Credentialed Veterinary Technicians don't come along every day - and we know it.

We're looking for compassionate, experienced Certified Veterinary Technicians to join our ER/ICU , Surgery , or Internal Medicine teams - departments that value your skills, respect your expertise, and give you the tools to actually use them. This is hands-on work where your training gets put to real use, whatever department you land in.

Since 1997, VREC has served as an AAHA-accredited, 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital - and today, it's also a teaching hospital. VREC is home to the VCA Vet Tech Academy , where Credentialed Veterinary Technician students train alongside our associates, building real clinical skills in real time. Whether you're drawn to the fast-moving intensity of ER/ICU, the precision of Surgery, or the diagnostic puzzle-solving of Internal Medicine, you'll be working alongside board-certified specialists on complex, high-acuity cases using state-of-the‑art technology - in a hospital that values communication, teamwork, and hands‑on learning as much as clinical skill.

Compensation: $27.00 - $40.00/hr, based on skill set, experience, and licensure status

Schedule: Full-time, (3) 12s , or (4) 10 hour shifts
