***This role has a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Bonus paid at 30 days and has a mandatory 12-month retention period***
Credentialed Veterinary Technicians don't come along every day — and we know it. We're looking for a compassionate, experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to join the Emergency or ICU overnight team that values your skills, respects your expertise, and gives you the tools to actually use them. This is a hands-on role where your skills and experience will be put to real use — patient care, treatment support, anesthesia, surgery assisting, and everything in between.
Overnight shifts put you at the center of the action — this is when the most critical, high-acuity cases come through the door, giving you hands-on experience you simply can't get anywhere else. With a smaller, tight-knit overnight team, you'll take on more autonomy and responsibility, sharpening your clinical skills in triage, critical care, and emergency procedures.
This Overnight roles comes with shift differential pay on top of your base rate, plus a quieter, more focused environment between emergencies to really connect with your patients. If you thrive under pressure and want to fast-track your growth as a technician, overnights are where the real learning happens.
Compensation: $25.00 - $37.00 / hr based on skill set, experience and licensure status. $2 shift diff for weekdays / $3 shift diff for weekends
Schedule: Full-time (3) 12 hr shifts 6pm - 6am
