Job summary

Arrow Child & Family Ministries seeks a dedicated Trainer to deliver organization-approved certification and compliance training. You will maintain instructor credentials, track attendance, and prepare sessions that meet curriculum standards.

The role requires facilitating engaging sessions for diverse learners and evaluating competency upon completion. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least two years in training or related child/family

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in training, coaching, or direct child/family services role.
• Current or ability to obtain required instructor certifications within ninety (90) days of hire (PCM, Ukeru, CPR, and First Aid).

Responsibilities

• Deliver organization-approved certification, compliance, and internal training programs to employees.
• Maintain current instructor certifications and credentials for all assigned training programs.
• Accurately track attendance, training completion records, and other required documentation.
• Prepare training environments, materials, equipment, and supplies for each session.
• Ensure participants comply with training standards and safety requirements.
• Deliver training using approved curriculum and adapt methods for diverse learners.
• Foster a professional learning environment and manage classroom dynamics.
• Evaluate knowledge and practical skills to verify competency and completion.
• Provide feedback to Training leadership on trends and effectiveness.
• Coach participants in applying training concepts and building confidence.
• Occasional travel (in and out of state) may be required.
• May be required to drive vehicles and meet auto insurance requirements.

Education
