Brightline seeks an experienced Conductor to manage train operations from our Miami Central and Orlando facilities, coordinating with multiple stations and onboard teams. The role requires readiness to work weekends and nights, with on-call availability, and a strong focus on safety and guest service.

Certified as a train Conductor or 3+ years railroad experience is required. The position offers a competitive compensation package and relocation within Florida may be possible.

Qualifications

• Certified as a train conductor or equivalent railroad experience.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.
• Strong communication and decision-making in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Secure train movement orders and ensure clear understanding among the crew.
• Ensure onboard safety and adherence to Brightline standards.
• Handle train door procedures and onboard announcements.
• Maintain logs and reports of incidents, delays or equipment issues.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve disruptions during service periods.
• Assist with station turn-around and train presentation for guests.
