Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Certified Teacher to join our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Paoli, PA for the 2026-2027 school year.

This role bridges education and treatment, helping students continue academic progress while focusing on healing and recovery. As a Program Teacher, you will provide academic instruction to adolescents in outpatient treatment, collaborating with clinical and educational teams to create a supportive, structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification required (Special Education Certification strongly preferred).
• Experience working with adolescents preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, therapeutic, or alternative education settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic instruction aligned with each student’s home school curriculum.
• Adapt lessons and implement IEP/504 accommodations to meet individual learning needs.
• Maintain communication with school liaisons, parents, and treatment team members.
• Foster engagement, confidence, and resilience for students experiencing academic disruption.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to holistic care planning.
• Prepare progress updates and final transition reports upon student discharge.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and FERPA standards.
